Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark garnet colored kitchen sink blend from Paraduxx open with a currant and black cherry bouquet with hints of coffee and pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well-balanced and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and plum blend with notes of nicely integrated oak and fine crushed stone minerality. I also detected hint of black pepper and black licorice. The finish is dry and its well-managed moderate tannins build-up slightly. This wine very food friendly and paired very nicely with a ribeye steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Rich, luxurious and complex, this wine begins with alluring aromas of ripe cherry, red currant, cranberry and blueberry, along with sophisticated notes of sandalwood, clove, anise and black tea. On the palate, smooth, silky tannins underscore the lush black cherry and currant flavors, with hints of chocolate, spice and cracked pepper adding depth and nuance to the long, flowing finish.
