Wine Review: This very dark violet Cabernet blend from Paraduxx is very good. It opens with a fragrant black cherry bouquet with hints of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slight acidic and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild cherry and oak blend with hints of cola blueberry, and mild minerality. The finish is dry and its well managed moderate tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This red blend will pair well with a filet mignon in the near term. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine begins with a rich an alluring nose dominated by intense layers of black cherry, baking spice and violets. On the supple, velvety palate, flavors of dark plum, currant, blueberry, black pepper and mocha glide across seamlessly integrated tannins. The flavors linger for an eternity on a beautifully polished and thought-provoking finish.
