Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc based wine opens with a honeydew melon and light lemon bouquet with hints of green tea. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and rich. The flavor profile is musk melon, lemon verbena, and chamomile tea blend with notes of banana and marzipan. We also detected a hint of white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger for quite a while. We would pair this Bordeaux Blanc with Emeril’s crab cakes. Enjoy - Ken & Dave
