Wine Review: This light yellow colored Albarino opens with a light green apple bouquet with hints of wet stone and faint pilsner beer. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild lemon verbena and Anjou pear blend with nicely integrated minerality. I also detected hints of lime and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors last for quite a while. This Albarino is very food friendly and went perfectly with Emeril's grilled halibut. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Flavors of pit fruits, ripe apple compote and intense floral. Great harmony of sensations. Fresh, mineral and embracing wine with a lot of life. Serve with appetizers, seafood, fish, cheese, Asiatic dishes
