Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Pinot Grigio from Friuli opens with an attractive ripe cantaloupe and gentle lime bouquet with hints of Anjou pear. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear and tangy ginger blend with notes of stony minerality, lime, and green tea.
