Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Otronia opens with a fragrant strawberry and red raspberry bouquet with hints of red licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, fresh, and fruit forward. The flavor profile is strawberry and loam blend with notes of red raspberry and craisin. I also detected hints of red plum and black tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and moderate dusty tannins stick around for a little while. I would pair this fruity Pinot with grilled Norwegian salmon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Delicate ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: Pinot Noir with great character, notes of raspberries and cherries combined with herbs such as oregano, thyme, truffle, and flowers. Great complexity and finesse in this splendid Patagonian wine.
Palate: Delicate and persistent structure. silky tannins, combined with a firm natural acidity, which give it vitality and unique depth. Of medium intensity, its great characteristic is finesse and complexity.
