Wine Review: The pale coral colored wine from Argentina opens with a faint strawberry and wet stone bouquet with hints of faint pink grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a very mild nectarine and stony minerality blend with notes of tangerine, green tea, and light lime. There are also hints of white pepper, pineapple, and saline mixed in. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This Rose is very approachable and food friendly. It paired very well with bruschetta chicken. Enjoy – Ken
