Wine Review: This polished, straw colored and subtly off-dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes region has a feminine bouquet of white peach, apple blossom, chalk dust, pineapple, and fresh moss. There's a wonderful lightly creamy and textured mouthfeel on the palate. It is fresh, crisp, and clean, nicely balanced, with medium-minus body and integrated medium-plus acidity. Flavors include green Anjou pear, lime, and stony minerality, along with a hint of honeydew melon. The finish is dry and refreshing.
