Wine Review: This opaque and medium ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a red currant and pipe tobacco bouquet. with hints of black cherry, pencil lead, and saddle leather. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, round, and well-balanced. The flavor profile is a blend of black licorice, red cherry, and crushed stone with notes of oolong tea and boysenberry. The finish is dry, and its sneaky dusty tannins stick around for quite a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with beef stew or coriander dusted ahi tuna. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: A neon indigo pours into the glass and sits with a dark garnet core and a lucid cardinal tint. A boisterous nose escapes the glass with aromatics of ripe boysenberry, kirsch, mixed dark berry pie, California Coastal sagebrush and chaparral. Delectable and plush on the palate, notes of blackberry and sweet black licorice culminate in a finish of dusty tannins and ripe black plum.
