Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Gewurztraminer from Olivia Brion opens with an inviting lychee and lime bouquet with hints of white grapefruit, white lily, and lemongrass. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, delicate, and bright. The flavor profile is a saline and light lime blend with notes of lychee, green apple, and white grapefruit. We also detected hints of stone dust, orange, and herbal tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. We would pair this food friendly and elegant Gewurz with a Dover sole meunière with tarragon. Enjoy - KWGTP
