Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with black plum bouquet with a hint of cherry-cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a little juicy. The flavor profile a mild mineral infused black plum with hints of mild cherry-cola and old oak in the background. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. There are virtually no tannins in this Cab, which makes it very food friendly. I would pair it with an authentic Cuban sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Enjoy this wine's deep rich colors, supple tannins, and vibrant black cherry, candied blackberry and spices. A hint of coffee and dark chocolate create a lingering and delightful finish. Enjoy this lovely Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with steak, lamb and duck dishes, as well as flavorful cheeses.
