Wine Review: This light yellow colored white blend from Novy is a very nice value priced option. It opens with an attractive apricot and peach bouquet with hints of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tasty lime with notes of Mandarin orange and white pepper. I also detected a hint of pineapple and apricot. The finish is dry and its tingly acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair white wine with five fruit stuffed chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine itself, is forward and fruit filled, with the aromatic whites really taking over the nose on the wine. The palate however, is a bit rounder and fuller than the last two vintages, with a bit more weight but this too is balanced out with crisp acidity (no malolactic fermentation on this wine). A perfect wine for the summer season.
