Wine Review: In the glass this Estate bottled Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza is a clear medium purple color with a very fragrant bouquet of fresh baked cherry pie, red currant, and dried leaves. Juicy and medium bodied on the palate, with moderate acidity, it is straight forward and meant to be enjoyed right now. There are flavors of tart red cherry, strawberry, and cola, with hints of toffee, oak, and black pepper. Moderate tannins and a dry moderate length finish. Pair this easy drinking Cab with grilled flank steak kabobs. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby red in color. Aromas of blackberries and red peppers, with notes of cassis and tobacco. Elegant on the palate, good body, round and consistent.
