Wine Review: This pale straw color Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina opens with a fresh cut grass, green apple, and faint lemon verbena bouquet with hints of lime and pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright with lots of tart lime and grapefruit flavors. We also detected some nicely integrated minerality as well. We would pair this good value Sauvignon Blanc with shrimp and linguine. Enjoy – Karen & Stuart
Winemaker Notes: The wines of the Select line are distinguished by a fruity style, maintaining a classic elegance, with a firm structure and a delicate finish. The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is greenish yellow with golden reflections. It displays aromas of green apples and herbaceous notes. There is also balanced acidity that highlights the freshness. This wine pairs well with salad, pasta, grilled fish, and vegetables. Made exclusively for the USA.
