Wine Review: This slightly off-dry German Riesling from the Mosel region is almost clear in the glass, with aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, wet slate, and yellow apple. There is plenty of fruit on the palate, with a medium body, silky and round mouthfeel, and zesty acidity. This wine is clean, delicate, and crowd pleasing with flavors of white peach, lychee, honeydew melon, and chalky minerality. The finish is refreshing and long. Serve this very good weeknight wine with an assorted selection of take-out Thai dishes. - Mark
