Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling from Nik Weis opens with fresh floral and bee’s wax bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, mouthwatering. The flavor profile is honey and ginger blend with notes stony minerality and chamomile tea. The finish is off-dry, refreshing and its flavors linger last for a while. The Tasting Panel would serve this Riesling with orange drizzled scallops. Enjoy – KWGTP
