Wine Review: This orange colored Champagne opens with a wet stone and mild orange bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied,, slightly tart, and a touch effervescent. The flavor profile is a mineraly apple with hints of spice and raspberry. The finish is quite dry and prolonged. This wine would pair well with spring rolls. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: With its coppery salmon pink robe, this wine is an ideal partner. An absolute delight for an aperitif or a gourmet meal. A glass of Rose will also be a pleasant addition to an afternoon tea in the spring or the summer. The flavours of blackberries, raspberries, red currants and strawberries are delicate and make this a gentle, light wine.
