Wine Review: This almost clear Riesling from Newport Vineyards starts with a paraffin, stone fruit, beeswax and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is dry and light bodied with soft acidity. The flavors profile is a lemon-lime, apricot and green apple blend with some mineralty. The finish is moderate in length with some citrus notes. I would serve this Riesling with some Maryland style crab cakes. – Mark
