On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty stony minerality, light lime and gentle grapefruit blend with notes of green apple, white pepper, and a touch of stone fruit.
