Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine from South Africa opens with a mild oak and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and displays pleasant and attractive flavors. Those tasty flavors are an attractive blend of green pear and green apple with a hint of oak after it's gone. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. For lovers of Chard with an emphasis on fruit this one is for you. Pair this wine with chicken picatta. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Attractive green tints. Tight lemony/lime aromas withgreen apple and a touch of vanilla. Tight focused palate withcitrussyfruitandanelegantlongfinishwith citrussy fruit and an elegant long finish.
