Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine opens with a very appealing and fragrant orange like bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, crisp, and zesty. The flavor profile is a ripe and tangy lime with notes of tangerine. The finish is off dry and nicely refreshing. This off-dry styled Muscat is an interesting twist for this grape. Navarro pulled it off. It is food friendly and would nicely complement chicken piccata. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Fermented in oak ovals and aged sur lie for 5 months, the wine has hints of yeast and vanilla. Floral and tropical fruit aromas yield to a surprisingly dry finish with dazzling acidity. Try it with Szechuan takeout for supper aromatherapy.
