Wine Review: This light pink colored wine from Navarro opens with a pleasant mild watermelon and wild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with notes of white pepper. I also detected a hint of watermelon and touch of lime. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose is very food friendly and versatile. It would pair nicely with grilled spicy lime shrimp with a creamy avocado cilantro sauce. Enjoy - Ken
