Wine Review: This red colored Pinot Noir from Navarro is very nice. It opens with a fragrant strawberry and pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle spiced plum with notes of black raspberry and strawberry rhubarb. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Pinot is delicate and very food friendly. I would pair it with cavatelli with sun dried tomato cream sauce and prosciutto. Enjoy - Ken
