Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Navarro opens with a fragrant boysenberry bouquet with hints of pomegranate and mild oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty wild strawberry with notes of gentle vanilla oak and watermelon. I also detected hints of black raspberry. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely for a little while. This Pinot would pair well with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken
