Wine Review: This Blanc de Noir still wine from Navarro is white gold colored with a pink tinge. It opens with a tangerine and pear bouquet with hints of rose petals and white cherry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, and juicy. The flavor profile is a Bosc pear and ginger blend with notes of chamomile tea. We detected hints of quince, tangerine, pineapple, and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger and last for quite a while after the wine is gone. Enjoy – Ken & Dave
