Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Gris from Navarro opens with a fragrant tangerine and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is tasty mineral infused green apple with notes of white pepper and quince. The finish is rather dry and refreshing. This Pinot Gris is food friendly and would pair well with linguini with clams and garlic butter sauce. Enjoy – Ken
