Wine Review: This almost clear colored Muscat Blanc opens with a ginger and lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a chalky mineral influenced green pear with notes saline, ginger and white pepper. I also detected hints of lime and apricot pit. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Muscat Blanc would pair well with fish and chips. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Floral aromas of honeysuckle and citrus blossom are complemented by flavors suggesting nectarines and tropical fruits. Since this wine is drier than most California Chardonnays, don't be fooled by the giddy aromas.
