Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Gewurztraminer is very nice and made the way I prefer Gewurtz to be made. It opens with a very fragrant ripe lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty stony mineral influenced lychee and peach blend with a hint of apricot. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. A second glass is a must. I would pair it with chicken lo-mein and Thai rolls. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: In April 2019, after a series of 10 staff tastings, the cuvee was selected from 9 different lots. It was then blended and bottled in May. The result was lychee, kumquat and jasmine fragrances with a round and amazingly dry finish.
