Wine Review: This light yellow colored Pinot Blanc from Navarro is a very good value. It opens with a fragrant quince and mild grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, round and very nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a tart quince and green apple blend. I also detected a hint of nectarine and mild minerality. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Pinot Blanc is a real quaffer. I would pair it with grilled weisswurst. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This gem has flavors of quince, Asian pear and tangerine with a flinty, tart finish.
