Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Navarro is terrific. It opens with an attractive honeydew melon and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild grapefruit and honeydew melon blend with hints of light lime, Anjou pear and gentle minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc is yummy and will not last very long. Quaff it with some swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The effect of SoBo's clonal selection is obvious; flavors of white fig, green mango, passionfruit and pink grapefruit with whiffs of wild fennel and mint.
