Wine Review: This my friends, is a really good Dry Rose! With summer just around the corner, I strongly suggest you stock up. This offering from Navarro was a hit with the small group of tasters that tried it. It is light salmon colored and opens with a very fragrant red raspberry and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and shows harmonious acidity. The flavor profile is a very tasty strawberry with gently infused acidity and raspberry notes. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This lip smacking Rose is one of the best Rose’s I have tried in recent times. I would pair it with fresh salmon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The vines that produced this wine were planted in 1990. Its flavor profile is red cherry, strawberry with a mouth-filling peachy creaminess and enough intensity to accompany lamb or duck. It will sell out faster than you can twist a corkscrew. (It is now sold out)
