Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Pinot Gris from Navarro won our first blind tasting for this grape. It opens with a fragrant tangerine and ripe Bartlett pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and shows harmonious acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty Bartlett pear with notes of melon and just a hint of minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. The panel thought this would pair well with chicken Caesar salad. Enjoy - KWGTP
