Wine Review: This almost clear colored wine opens with a mild peach and apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and dry styled. The flavor profile is a mild lychee with notes of minerality and Anjou pear. The finish remains dry and really cleanses the palate. So if you like dry wines, this one is for you. Pair it with linguine and clams with a white wine sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Please keep an open mind; this isn’t your typical Muscat, it is: bone dry, restrained alcohol, enticingly aromatic, delicate, fruit dominated flavors, refreshingly crisp, mouth-pleasing texture.
