Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild apple bouquet with just a hint of wet stone, tangerine, and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and feels round in the mouth. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with a hint of grapefruit and peach in the background. The finish is dry and it lingers nicely. This wine would pair well with bacon wrapped scallops and lightly breaded broiled cod. Enjoy – Ken
