Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Grigio opens with a fragrant wet stone, green apple and Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart Anjou pear with notes of lime, peach and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing and its mineral notes linger after the wine is gone. This wine would pair very well with steamers or linguine with white wine broth and clams and grilled zucchini and summer squash skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Unpretentious and fun. Pinot Grigio is a wonderful wine to enjoy on a picnic, in the bathtub, at the beach, or wherever. This is a crisp, light-bodied wine with an abundance of citrus fruits, including white peach and pear with a touch of spice. Enjoy with friends or all by yourself. Either way you have made a "Goode" choice. To us, there’s nothing better than enjoying a glass of our Pinot Grigio with grilled chicken, fish & chips, and calamari.
