Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Martinborough opens with a fragrant pomangrante and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused red plum with notes of oak. I also detected hints of pomangrante, red grape, and black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Pinot would pair well with pork tenderloin. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Blended from a selection of wine from mature oak barrels, this Pinot Noir displays soft and savoury complexities that are ready to enjoy right now. A secret garden of summer orchard cherries, with childhood memories of kicking up golden autumn leaves. Silky, vibrant and lingering.
