Wine Review: This midnight blue colored wine is a very nice Malbec! It opens with a black plum and musty barnyard and leather like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and coats your entire mouth. The flavor profile is a mild black pepper and gentle blackberry blend with notes of minerality and faint oak. We also detected some black pepper as well. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are a bit sticky and linger nicely. The panel suggested pairing this voluptuous Malbec with a porterhouse steak. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This deep purple wine shows intense varietal character in its sophisticated raspberry and minty presentation, as well as its soft finish. What distinguishes this Malbec from all others is its bright acidity and defined minerality, which are unique among today’s fat-driven Malbecs.
