Wine Review: This translucent and light yellow colored Albarino opens with a fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of honeydew melon and lemon zest. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth, and bright. The flavor profile is a crushed stone and grapefruit blend with notes of nectarine pit and saline. I also detected hints of ginger and marzipan in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Albarino with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A scented and mineral Alberino with pretty nectarines, lemon grass and sea salt. The medium-bodied palate is bone-dry, super-fresh and sleek with a bright, mouthwatering finish. Delicious and gastronomic.
