Wine Review: This straw colored Albarino from Morgadio opens with a mango, lime and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused lime and lemon blend with notes of stone fruit. I also detected hints of tart green apple and green tea towards the end. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Albarino is not overly complex, however, it is easy to drink and enjoy. I would pair it with fish and chips. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A full-bodied, serious, dry Albarino similar to its sibling Morgadío incorporating wines made from the first pressing in a comparatively softer and more floral style.
