Wine Review: This pale straw colored Albarino from Rias Baixas opens with an attractive light lemon bouquet with a hint of pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, displays bright acidity and is mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with notes of ginger and lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel suggested pairing this Albarino with Stu's scallops with sautéed Brussel sprouts. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Intense and elegant with tropical fruit and kiwi complementing granitic minerality. Made from free-run juice, a well structured, dry Albarino with a long finish.
