Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino from Rias Baixas opens with a very inviting peach and apricot bouquet with a hint of orange marmalade. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, savory and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apricot with notes of orange and a touch of minerality towards the end. The finish is dry and pleasant. This wine would pair well with linguine with bay scallops and pancetta. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense and elegant with tropical fruit and kiwi complementing granitic minerality. Made from free-run juice, a well structured, dry Albariño with a long finish.
