Wine Review: This pale straw colored Vermentino opens with a fragrant lime and yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of crushed oyster shell. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with bright medium acidity. The mouth feel is clean, refreshing and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple and gentle yellow grapefruit blend with notes of chalky minerality and lemon-lime. I also detected hints a touch of quince, saline, almond and white pepper. The finish lingers for a quite a while. This Vermentino went perfectly with my Bob's Turkey Farm turkey tetrazzini. Yum! – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Brilliant grey gold with touches of olive leaves.
On the nose: Expressive aromas of Amalfi lemon, elderberry flowers, white peach with touches of exotic fruits.
On the plate: Fresh entrance evolving on white peach, grapefruit, apple pie lingering on fresh cut grass and crushed rocks.
With Food: Particularly well-suited as an aperitif or to accompany seafood.
