Wine Review: This offering was my second favorite in blind flight of Albarinos that I recently reviewed. This wine opens with an attractive light apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied and slightly viscous with pleasant light lime flavors with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. I would pair this wine with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
