Wine Review: This ruby red colored Tempranillo is drinking nicely right now. It opens with fragrant rum cake, black cherry and raisin like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, smooth and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a juicy cherry cola and red raspberry blend with a touch of cedar plank mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are a little sticky. This wine is very easy to drink and will go well with many foods. A Five Guys bacon cheeseburger with sauteed mushrooms came to mind. Enjoy - Ken
