Wine Review: With a wild salmon like color, this Rosado has notes of cranberry and key lime on the nose. The palate is exciting, displaying fresh raspberries, orange rind, and hints of sage and eucalyptus. The fine bubbles help with dispensing the flavors of this wine, but also dim the finish and softens the body enough for you to take notice. Pair with grilled salmon or clams. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: One hundred percent Trepat, a Catalan black variety especially apt for rosé production. Attractive light ruby color with pronounced red berry fruit and excellent mousse.
