Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from Mohua opens with a very fragrant yellow grapefruit bouquet with hints of lime zest and gooseberry. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, zesty, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a gooseberry and lime blend with notes of quinine and grapefruit. I also detected hints of white pepper. The finish is dry and lingers. I would serve this Sauvignon Blanc chilled on the beach this summer with a Thai-style chicken salad. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An aromatic wine that fuses together notes of passionfruit, gunsmoke, pink grapefruit and hints of fresh cut herbs.
