Wine Review: The 2015 Mohua is basically clear in color with a faint pale green tinge. Light to medium bodied, this Marlborough wine has a very pronounced herbal, vegetal, citrus and floral bouquet. The wine is crisp and lively with balanced acidity and is slightly dry with a lime, light clementine, herbal and spice palate. The pleasing finish has slightly dry grapefruit notes and lingers nicely. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with crispy Vietnamese spring rolls. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: Ripe and juicy tropical fruits, rich stone fruit and fresh cut lime combined with notes of fresh picked summer herbs.
