Wine Review: This very pale coral-colored wine opens with a wet stone and mild watermelon bouquet with hints of lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round and bright. The flavor profile is a crushed stone minerality and watermelon rind blend with notes of spice and cinnamon. I also detected hints of lime zest and strawberry. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. I would serve this Rosé slightly chilled at the beach with friends. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Attractive bright and translucent color, a typical Provencal pale pink. The nose immediately reveals all the elegance of this Miraval Rosé with its superb aromatic bouquet delicately combining fresh fruit, freshly cut currants and roses, seasoned with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues on the palate with an ample, rich and gourmet texture, perfectly balanced by the natural acidity and minerality with saline and limestone notes specific to Miraval which continue in a long finish. A typical Miraval vintage with signature flavors.
