Wine Review: This golden straw colored Prosecco opens with a fruity grapefruit like bouquet with some floral notes. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, smooth and acidic. The flavor profile is mostly a fruity pear with hints of green apple. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers. The panel enjoyed this Prosecco and would pair it with baked haddock or chicken piccata. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our Mionetto Prosecco Organic D.o.c Treviso is made with certified organically-grown grapes. In the vineyard, the grapes are grown without synthetic chemicals and fertilizers. In the cellar, the wine is vinified separately to ensure purity. To reduce the carbon footprint of this wine even further we use recycled materials for the bottle, label and shipper. This delightful Prosecco is bright yellow in color. Its perfume of delicate elderflowers leads to an explosion of golden apples on the palate. Mionetto Prosecco Organic is the perfect accompaniment for seafood risotto, mussels and fish. It is also delicious as an aperitif.
