Wine Review: This pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Napa opens with fragrant and appealing lime and green melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple and Anjou pear blend with hints of white pepper, lime and tangerine. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. We would serve this Sauvignon Blanc slightly chilled with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This crisp Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is fermented and aged in stainless steel. With aromas of stone fruit and freshly cut herbs followed by grapefruit and melon flavors on the palate, this wine is best enjoyed in its youth.
